Cancellation & Refund Policy

Domestic Orders

Cancellation Policy :

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Return Policy :

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please mail us at contact@siazloom.in mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you at no additional cost.
  2. Raise your return request within 5 days of receiving the shipment. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 5 days of receiving the shipment.
  3. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at contact@siazloom.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will provide you a refund for the cost of the product.
  4. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  5. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  6. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
  7. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products, not the shipping charges
  8. Mention the order details & complete the shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name & Contact number used while placing the order * Shipping Address: Same as the return address provided on the package
  9. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  10. You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
  11. Refund will be processed within 5 days of accepting the return/cancellation
  12. Return is not possible if the saree has fallen and edging done to it.
  13. The exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  14. Products bought during sale are non-refundable

NOTE FOR RETURN :

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.
  • Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return requests that are not raised within 5 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • Products bought during a sale are non-refundable
  • Masks and Handkerchiefs cannot be returned or exchanged

International Orders:

  1. .If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you courier it back to us.
  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at contact@siazloom.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will provide you refund for the cost of the defective product
  6. We, unfortunately, do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
